Karen Paine & Margaret Anderson volunteered as Board Members for the Association's in which they resided in Winter Springs. Both with knowledge and experience in the Real Estate Market desired more from their current Community Association Management group. Collectively they identified the need for personal and reliable managers. This began their quest. To establish a business in which individual personalized service was offered.

With over 40 years of experience in the Real Estate Market, Karen continues to grow the business and share her knowledge of the profession. Beginning her career in Real Estate Development and later expanding to Management and Sales. In the 1980's Karen rooted herself in Winter Springs. Dedicated to the community, Karen served on a City Committees and Homeowner's Association Board to pursue the best for the residents of Winter Springs. Receiving recognition and awards from the city for her involvement, this ushered her desire to exclusively serve the Winter Springs area. Bringing integrity, experience and discipline to the forefront Karen prides herself on serving her customers with the highest of standards to benefit all.

After working in the medical field and civil services Joyce began her career in Real Estate acquiring the Sales Associate License in 2013. Finding her passion for Real Estate, and the desire to provide her clients more she continued on in her Education.
In 2019 Joyce completed the Florida State License as a Real Estate Broker. Working primarily in Property Management and Residential Sales Joyce also established a foothold in the Winter Springs communities. With her intimate knowledge of these communities and having lived in Winter Springs since 1996 gives her the enthusiasm to sell or lease your home. In 2020 Joyce expanded her Real Estate career to now include Licensed Community Association Manager. This has allowed her to broaden the scope of services as a Broker.
