Wildwood Homes recently had the tennis courts resurfaced to include a pickleball court. Call today to pick up your key to gain entrance.
Our Pool
Over the spring the pool was refurnished, the deck was renovated along with an addition to the bathrooms, baby changing stations have been installed.
Our Playground
The Wildwood HOA playground will be undergoing a few changes over the next couple of months. The equipment has been ordered and the refurb will begin the fall of 2024. Look for the new addition of outdoor exercise equipment.
Our Pavilion
Over the summer the pavilion at the pool received a new roof. The pavilion is now functional again for all your needs.
YARD OF THE MONTH
Your BOD currently is looking into starting the "Yard of the Month", would you be interested in helping on this committee? Contact the office to get your name in the game.
HOA FEES
Your HOA fees are due the 1st of every month. Paying your association fee is simple. The management office, located a short distance away can accept cash, check or money order. You may also opt for "bill pay" through your bank. Most banks offer the convenience of paying your bills for you just by a simple click. Contact your bank today for more information.

Parking Pads
Over the past years the BOD has walked the community and the parking pads to select the pads needing immediate attention. There are several factors to determine the life of the parking pad. The BOD will continue to press forward in repairing or replacing all pads within the future.
