Wildwood Homes recently had the tennis courts resurfaced to include a pickleball court. Call today to pick up your key to gain entrance. It is a great time to start a community pickleball tournament.

Over the spring the pool was refurnished, the deck was renovated along with an addition to the bathrooms, baby changing stations have been installed.

The Wildwood community takes pride in the new playground to provide residents a safe and friendly environment for the family outings.

YARD OF THE MONTH

HOA FEES
Your HOA fees are due the 1st of every month. Paying your association fee is simple. The management office, located a short distance away can accept cash, check or money order. You may also opt for "bill pay" through your bank. Most banks offer the convenience of paying your bills for you just by a simple click. Contact your bank today for more information.

Parking Pads
Over the past years the BOD has walked the community and the parking pads to select the pads needing immediate attention. There are several factors to determine the life of the parking pad. The BOD will continue to press forward in repairing or replacing all pads within the future.
